We started the morning at the Home Depot Kids Workshop. Parker and Colton were pretty excited to show their cousins what they LOVE doing on the first Saturday of the month, as they had never heard of or done one of these free workshops. The project this time was a window bird feeder. They all did so well following directions and using their tools!
After the workshop we made an unexpected stop to the park near our house. The morning was so nice that we couldn't pass up the opportunity. Aaron gave the kids "challenges" to complete on the playground equipment WITHOUT touching the ground. Again super impressed with the skill these kids have!!
When we got back to our house, we ate lunch and played outside. The boys found a frog in our pond that they spent more than half of the day trying to catch. Aaron put them to work helping to rake and pickup pine needles.
The end of he day took us back to grandmas house to make Easter crafts.
