Week in review

Pretty busy week, actually.  Lots of appointments and a lot of rain made for an interesting week.  I will review it in pictures....  :)

Kids sitting at "their" tables at the yard sale....selling their own toys, books, and whatevers to earn money to take on vacation to Montana next month!

They made $120 on the first day!

Colton found an old bluetooth of ours and wears it EVERYWHERE, anticipating someones phone call :)

We were up EARLY EARLY on Monday morning this week.  It was a gorgeous day (the calm before the storm) and we hit the skate park early at 8a.m. before the serious older kids got there.  We had free reign of the park for 2 hours!!   The boys LOVE this!

Yard sale item.  Parker revereted back to toddler stage.  :)

Mr. Colton.  After shower.  Always SUPER excited, (kind of like after a dog gets a bath?  You know?)

Colton and Parker's huge hole they have been digging for over a week.  It is now deep enough that they can both fit inside and it is deeper than they are tall.  Apparently they are digging to China in hopes of finding robots.

They were spoiled by our coffee stand girl, Jenn, this morning on the way to the yard sale.
.........aaaaaaaand he's done.  G'night :)
Coltons hole, different view.

Rainy day = sorting marbles by color.  Great activity for a boy entering into K this fall!  He had a lot of help from Parker who has mastered the art of sorting.
Colton found this silly mask thing at the yard sale.
Colton manned the station without getting up for 4 hours.  I am really impressed by his patience!  Parker, well.....he came and went.  He did get the wiggly worm award at school, after all!!

{ day five } summer fun

In the past few days we've been busy!
We rented some science kits from the library--we got the "construction" kit and the "sorting" kit. Such an awesome idea! Check out the link to it here:

On Sunday we went to a birthday party for one of Parker's classmates, Mason . It was mustache themed, as you will see.

This morning we left early to go to the skateboard park to ride bikes. When we go at 8am, we always are the only ones there and the boys have free reign of the entire course, pretty awesome!

Colton has been working for [DAYS] on this hole in the front yard--he says he is digging to china ;)
He can get all the way into it and it is about 6" above his head!! He is digging as I speak---there is no end in sight....

Happy day 5 of summer!
