Lots of pictures from the last 2 weeks

Wow! Didn't realize I had taken soapy pictures and not posted them!! We sure have been busy, but it's all fun stuff!!

Best LEGO house EVER!!!

Aaron and Parker started this house last week when he was home sick with high fevers.
Today, they finished it!
It's a very intricate house, complete with beams and many structural supports.
Parker is going to turn this photo of his LEGO house into the LegoClub magazine that he subscribes to.

First Days

This was a big week!
Both boys started school---Parker in first grade and Colton in Kindergarten. Mom in tears and disarray. ;)

Huge chapter in all of our lives, big changes!!

Colton was SO excited to finally start school! On his first day we met at a local park for a couple of hours. Here, they played on the toys and got acquainted with each other, had an assignment, read a story, prayed, and had a snack. I love this casual first day, what a great way to get the jitters out!

Parker actually missed his "real" first 2 days of school due to a lingering fever that both boys had. He was pretty bummed. But on his real first day you could tell he was excited and nervous all the same.

When I picked each of them up they could do nothing but talk the whole way home. My heart was so happy that they loved school and also that I finally got to see them at the end of the day!!

Week In Review

Colton found my Grandpa's hat (he passed away 2 years ago and this is the one thing that reminds me of him, so my grandma let me keep it)

I LOVE THIS NEW COLOR!!!  While I was in Utah last week with my sister, we bought some new colors (double coupon!) This is Revlon Slate Blue.  Seriously.   Love it.

HEY!!  We sold our car!!  IN 45 MINUTES!!  Isn't it amazing!  What's even cooler, is that there were 7 more cars just like ours on Craigslist...why'd ours sell !??!  Only the Lord knows!!
